Walking along the Right Bank between the Grand Palais and the Place de la Concorde it’s not unusual to see one of the ubiquitous Bateaux Mouches on the Seine or the grand statuary of the Pont Alexandre III or even the Eiffel Tower in the distance, but when all three line up it’s a Paris photograph. What made it worthwhile on this cold winter morning was a haze that softened the sun and made the Eiffel Tower look like an apparition.
