Quai de la Tournelle, 4 pm, October 2007 | It’s Sunday afternoon and people are strolling or relaxing along the Seine near Notre Dame.  It looks as if it could be fifty or sixty years ago, perhaps because of the tonal qualities of the photograph or because there are no modern vehicles or boats in sight.
